From the outset, the project team sought to honor the land’s natural heritage—preserving equestrian trails, riparian corridors, and heritage oaks—while creating spaces that foster connection, wellbeing, and community. Shaded walkways, rooftop terraces, and an outdoor amphitheater seamlessly blend form and function, offering beauty and belonging in equal measure.
Jurors commended Livelle’s emphasis on walkability, clarity of design, and refined architectural presence, noting that “the exterior elevations and materials chosen will help this project stand out.”
