Livelle offers a Modified Contract (Type B). Under this plan, you pay a one-time Entrance Fee and a predictable Monthly Fee that covers your residence, services, and amenities. Should your needs change, you’ll have access to health services—such as assisted living or memory care—at a subsidized rate, ensuring quality care without unexpected costs.

Unlike traditional homeownership, which is subject to market swings, this investment retains its value throughout your residency. It also ensures seamless access to elevated care, should your needs evolve, and guarantees a 20% discount on the market-rate monthly fees of the higher levels of care. The Monthly Fee
